With deep roots in Northen India, my heart centered approach to Prenatal Yoga, blends traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and the fundamentals of therapeutic yoga to support pregnant persons into the journey of giving birth. As a Doula and Yoga teacher (200h YTT + 85h PNYTT - Yoga Alliance certified) my aim is to incorporate in the Yoga practise mindfulness and traditional yogic wisdom with a modern understanding of the body.
