GLOWGA: Glow in the Dark Yoga for Families

For kids and a parent/guest. Best for ages 3-6. 

A hyped up version of our salt yoga in a 'glow in the dark' format. An energetic, fun class full of neon and glowing. We invite everyone to paint themselves with neon colors as well as wear neons and white to help you 'glow'. This class is fun and slightly 'warrior/tribal' themed to help bring out the inner warrior in each of us. Kids develop a sense of pride and confidence through the upbeat music and positive vibes of the neon lights.  Paints and some accessories such as armbands and necklaces will be provided. We allow for 20-30 minutes upon arrival for getting glowed up and painting. You do not need to come already painted. A ...
