Oh What a Lovely War, currently running at Simply Theatre, is an evening full of history, boldly combining humour and sadness, and marvelously presented by talented young actors, singers and dancers. The quality of the singing was superb and at times quite moving. The enthusiasm of the protagonists was uplifting; one feels their joy in performing their multiple roles. The skillful staging, with quick, precise and lively movements, keeps the audience fully engaged. A thoroughly delightful production. Thank you Simply Theatre and all of the participants.

Great job on "Oh, What a Lovely War". Congratulations, it is very difficult to make us laugh and at the same time think about the stupidity and horrors of a war. The cast is excellent at achieving this. Not a common piece of theatre, really worth watching. Thank you.

Saw a couple of very well-produced plays with outstanding young actors. The staff really seems to know how to develop kids' interest not only in theater, but the broader arts as well.
